How these Schedule 1 mixes are ranked

Profit is sell price minus ingredient cost, so the cheapest mix that reaches a given effect set wins. The sequence is order-dependent: each step adds one ingredient and its transformation rules fire against whatever effects are already present, which is why the same ingredients in a different order give a different result. For meth, cocaine, and shrooms the same effect set is worth far more than on weed because the base price is higher, so the strongest weed sequence is often also the strongest hard-drug sequence.
